“I have known Kerry for many years. When I resigned from a toxic corporate job I was concerned that I was ruining my career. Kerry helped me to understand my true talents. She believed in me and encouraged me. I have been successfully working on my own as a consultant ever since. I would highly recommend Kerry she is very intuitive, extremely caring and truly a gift when it comes to helping people.

"When I started coaching with Kerry, I was a tangled mess of ideas about my job. Now, I realize that I can make a difference in my work through my own interior posture. For instance, if I had a problem, I used to focus on all the obstacles in my way. Now, my first thought is to look inward and think about it. How could this be an opportunity instead? What is in my control here? Changing my interior posture has unlocked problem solving in the workplace, and I couldn't have done it without Kerry!"

Why do I coach?
Hope is why I coach. It is so easy to get stuck in the “muck” of life, especially in our careers or unexpected set backs, and we need help getting ourselves back to who we are, living in alignment with our values and believing in ourselves again.
Coaching is a way for my clients to take steps in the direction that they want to go. It requires time, effort, patience, openness and vulnerability, yet can help move you on your path.
My clients often say that I help them grow, see things from a different point of view and start to believe more in themselves, their teams and their possibilities.
